Our seasonal tasting menu is tailor made and changed weekly. However, if you have a dietary requirement please phone or email us in advanced of your sitting and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. We cater for all dietary requirements including vegetarians, vegans & coeliacs.

While the informal dining ambience makes dinner at Wildflower relaxed and easy, we take our food and ingredients seriously. Chef and Owner Adrian Martin has been cooking for many years and has developed his own unique style.

Adrian's cooking is directly influenced by where he's from - the beauty of Cavan, the Cuilcagh Mountain, all 365 lakes and rich green countryside. The abundance and richness of the wild, raw ingredients that are found in this region are pure and perfect as nature intended.

We believe in cooking with the seasons, which means our menus are ever changing. Sourcing the ingredients in it's ripest form from the most sustainable sources.

The Wine

Wine, like food, is a special event. We've worked on finding some lesser known producers, as well as the well known gems. Each bottle tells a story and has the ability to push food to a new place, complementing each element that's on your plate.
